IT: Per chi viene a trovarci da fuori regione, siamo lieti di offrire due notti di soggiorno nelle strutture (albergo, agriturismo o appartamento in affitto) nei villaggi limitrofi al nostro. Per le due notti tra Venerdi 13 e Domenica 15, prenoteremo noi e pagheremo noi, usando il fondo per l'ospitalita' (vedi la pagina "registry" - https://www.zola.com/wedding/danieleandtitus/registry). Se arrivate prima del 13 o volete rimanere oltre al 15, indicatelo sotto; pagherete poi le notti extra direttamente alla struttura ricettiva. EN: For those arriving from outside the VdA Region, we are happy to provide two nights of complimentary accommodation in a hotel, agriturismo or rental apartment, in the villages nearby our home. For the two nights between Friday 13 and Sunday 15 June, we will take care of reservations, and will pay using the hospitality fund (see the "registry" page - https://www.zola.com/wedding/danieleandtitus/registry). If you'd like to arrive prior to the 13th or stay beyond the 15th, say so below; you'll pay the extra nights directly to the establishment when you are in town.

Flight

Per chi arriva in aereo - Travelling by air

IT: Ci sono quattro aeroporti che circondano la Valle d'Aosta: Ginevra e Losanna in Svizzera, e Torino e Milano Malpensa in Italia. Sebbene l'aeroporto piu' vicino sia quello di Torino Caselle, quello con piu' opzioni e piu' convenienza (anche di prezzo) e' quello di Milano Malpensa. Per chi arriva dalla Costa Est degli USA, i voli piu' convenienti per Milano Malpensa partono da Newark Liberty in New Jersey, JFK in NYC, NY o Boston Logan, Boston, Massachusetts. Per esperienza, possiamo suggerire che i voli diretti meno costosi sono i JFK-MXP della compagnia Neos. Arrivati in aeroporto, si puo' raggiungere Aosta con il servizio di autobus (e' necessaria la prenotazione; vedere sotto per il viaggio in autobus). E' molto piu' comodo pero' noleggiare una macchina (vedere sotto per come arrivare a destinazione in auto). Se avete interesse a condividere un veicolo a noleggio con altri ospiti, fatecelo sapere e cercheremo di mettervi in contatto con qualcun altro interessato. EN: There are four airports surrounding Aosta's Valley: Geneva and Lausanne in Switzerland and Turin and Milano Malpensa in Italy. Although the closets airport is the Turin Caselle one, the one with the most options and convenience (and cheapest prices) is the Milan Malpensa one. For travellers arriving from the US East Coast, there are convenient flights from Newark Liberty in NJ, JFK in NYC, NY and Boston Logan, in Boston, MA. BAsed on experience, we can advise that the cheapest flights are the JFK-MXP direct flights operated by Neos. Once arrived to Milan Malpensa, it is possible to reach Aosta by bus (reservation required; see below for travel by bus info). It would be on the other hand, much more convenient to rent a car (see below for directions to drive to destination). If you are interested in sharing a rental vehicle with other guests, let us know and we'll try to match you with anyone else who may be interested.

Per chi arriva in macchina - Travelling by car

IT: Arrivando dall'autostrada A5, uscire ad "Aosta Ovest - St. Pierre", seguire la Strada Statale 26 in direzione Monte Bianco fino al bivio per la Strada Regionale 23. Proseguire sulla SR 23 fino a reggiungere il villaggio capoluogo di Degioz. EN: Arriving on the A5 Motorway, take the "Aosta Ovest - St. Pierre" exit, continue on the National Road SS26 westbound (toward the Mont Blanc), and then follow the Regional road SR23 southbound until you reach the main village of Degioz.

Per chi arriva in autobus - Travelling by bus

IT: Servizio di autobus interregionale da tutte le maggiori citta' italiane, svizzere e francesi, e dall'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa arriva all'autostazione di Aosta, da cui si puo' proseguire con gli autobus del trasporto regionale operato dalla societa' Arriva, sulle tratte Aosta-Courmayeur e Villeneuve-Valsavarenche, con cambio a Villeneuve. EN: Interegional/international bus service connects all major Italian, Swiss and French cities, as well as the Milano Malpensa airport to the main Aosta transit Center, from where it is possible to continue using regional transit operated by Arriva, on the Aosta-Courmayer and Villeneuve-Valsavarenche routes, with transfer in Villeneuve. Train

Per chi arriva in treno - Travelling by train

IT: A causa di lavori di ammodernamento della linea, la VdA e' al momento l;unica regione italiana senza trasporto su rotaia. Arrivando in treno, il trasporto ferroviario termina a Ivrea, da cui si deve proseguire in autobus. Non e' un'opzione conveniente. EN: Due to long-term construction, Aosta's Valley is currently the only region in Italy with no active rail service. rail transit ends in the city of Ivrea, from where it is possible to continue by bus. It is not a convenient option.
