Officiant
Daniel met Joe as interns at RBS but it wasn't until they started full time that they realized they should be best friends. Since then they have been inseparable, including living together as roommates, taking a boys trip to Greece, and Joe even followed Daniel to RBC so they could spend more time together. Glamour magazine highlighted the incredible friendship with a feature in their March 2017 issue (no joke, look it up!). Joe is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, the kind of guy that would carry an old lady's groceries home from the store (which he has done). He has developed a special friendship with Suzanne where when the 3 of them hang out, Daniel often plays the 3rd wheel. They both are so thankful to have Joe in their lives & are honored to have him officiate their wedding.

Daniel met Drew on the soccer fields when they were 5 years old. Simple roots led to an incredible friendship that has spanned both distance and time. No matter how long it has been since they have seen each other, they pick up right where they left off. The trust & love they have for each other continues to grow as they experience different phases of life together and they both know its a friendship that will last forever. Drew is the 'best man' Daniel knows - he is passionate about his wife, family, & friends and puts them all before himself. Drew & his family have been one of best things in Daniel's life and he is proud to have Drew standing beside him as he marries the love of his life.

Daniel was not born with an older brother, so he took it upon himself to go find his own. Fortunately for him, Drew was willing to share his and Ty graciously accepted the role. Ty has always been an incredible role model, he was always the guy that worked hard in school and stayed out of trouble. He even hooked Drew and Daniel up with their first jobs. Furthermore, Ty was a man of style and was able to pass some much needed lessons down to his short and t-shirt wearing younger brothers. Today, Ty continues to set an incredible example for his younger brothers as a husband and a father. As usual, I am sure they will follow suit. Daniel is so thankful to have had Ty always looking out for him and knows it has made a major impact on his life.

Daniel met Kyle through Drew in Middle School. Daniel and Kyle quickly developed a friendship of their own with many games of basketball involved followed up by hanging at the pool. Kyle embodies the saying of "great guy, even better friend." When times get tough, he is the friend you can call and know you can count on. He is so selfless, constantly helping others and completing service work for those less fortunate. He is an adventurer, taking on incredible hikes and pushing himself to explore new things and places. Through all his experiences, he has developed an incredible perspective and is always willing to give you an honest opinion (and he is always right). Daniel considers himself so fortunate to have such a caring friend.

Daniel & Tom became instant friends during their internship at RBS. After receiving full-time offers, Daniel & Tom agreed to be roommates after college. Some trouble with the leasing office forced Daniel & Tom to live in the penthouse apartment -needless to say, setting the stage for an incredible year which culminated in Tom proposing to our honorary 3rd roommate Jess (Tom's college gf at the time). Tom and Jess are some of Daniel & Suzanne's closest friends having experienced so much together including ski trips, New Year's parties, and even baby showers! Tom is a fierce friend who will do anything for people he cares about and Daniel is so thankful that he is one of those people.

Daniel & Ishan played tennis together at Grinnell College and have been close friends ever since. Daniel's favorite memories from college all include Ishan. From winning tennis conference championships, studying abroad in Denmark, and even sharing classes as Econ majors. They were highly competitive, always pushing each other to success in tennis and the classroom but there was an unspoken deep respect for each other. Whether it was discussing internships, jobs, friends, or family, Daniel always got the best advice from Ishan because they were so similar/understood each other. They stay close to this day through catch-up calls. Ishan is intelligent, thoughtful, and one of the funniest people Daniel has met - Daniel is blessed by the laughs and experiences they have shared.

Daniel and Colin met the first day at Grinnell College and have been friends ever since. They played 4 years of tennis together, lived together as roommates and won many drinking games together especially after Alec and Juan Carlos graduated. After college, Daniel and Colin took a trip to Ecuador to visit Juan Carlos during which they visited the rain forest and the galapagos islands. To this day, it is still one of the best trips Daniel has ever taken and he enjoyed sharing it with Colin. Colin is one of the smartest, most ridiculous people you will ever meet. He is kind to his core and will teach you a fact about something you had no idea you needed to know. Colin has always been fun to be around and Daniel could not be more excited to have him as a groomsman for his wedding.
Groomsman
Alec was captain of the tennis team when Daniel started at Grinnell. Despite overlapping for only 2 years, they have continued a friendship after college having both lived in New Mexico at the same time and taking on New York City together for 4 years. As an upperclassman, Alec was quick to introduce Daniel to the college experience and always was willing to "teach him lessons." To this day, Daniel is still not sure what those lessons are... Alec is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, a trait Daniel has always held in high regard. No matter the circumstance, you can always count on Alec to show up and give it his all. He is a great friend and Daniel is fortunate to have shared so many different experiences with him.
