Transportation

For all guests flying into Lynchburg, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony and the ceremony to the reception venue. Transportation can also be arranged from the reception back to your hotel (if you stay somewhere besides the Craddock-Terry) by request. Please make a note of that when you RSVP for the reception.

This hotel is the location of the reception! There are 10 rooms set aside for guests traveling into Lynchburg. Booking one of these rooms will provide you a reduced rate at this stunning 4-star hotel in Downtown Lynchburg. The link provided here will give you the reduced rate. These rooms have to be booked no later than November 1.

The Virginian Lynchburg, Curio Collection by Hilton

This is a lovely hotel just down the street from the Craddock Terry Hotel where the reception will be held. It is about the same rate as the Craddock Terry.
