COVID-19
We respectfully request that all guests who plan on attending are up-to-date on their COVID vaccinations as recommended by the CDC. We care tremendously about the health of our friends and family. We would feel very guilty if someone became ill from traveling to our wedding. If you cannot attend, we hope to celebrate with you at a later date! Key West (EYW) Miami (MIA) Ft.Lauderdale (FLL)
-Key West Airport (EYW) is a quick Uber/Lyft or taxi ride to the Duval Street area -Miami Airport (MIA) is about 160 miles/3 hours to Key West, and Ft. Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is about 190 miles/3.5 hours to Key West. This makes for a fun road trip if you have the time and want to experience spectacular ocean views!
Rental Car
How to get around Key West
Key West is quite small - two miles wide by four miles long. If you are flying into the Key West Airport, a rental car is not typically needed. There are plenty of other transportation options including: bicycling, taxi/Uber/Lyft, mopeds, trolley tours, and hotel shuttles. Golf carts are legal to drive on the streets and a great way to get around. There are many companies across the island with competitive pricing. We have opted to forego a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay anywhere on the island that is within their budget. We do recommend staying near Duval Street for ease of access. If staying with a group, renting a house or condo may be more cost-effective.
