Getting to Grand Lake

Grand Lake is about 2 hours from Denver (2.5hrs from DIA) with limited public transportation. The most convenient option is to drive your own vehicle or book a rental car for your travels. However, below are a few other potential options: Home James offers private shuttles from DIA to Grand Lake. We recommend getting a large group together to fill a van and split the cost if this option works for you. https://www.ridehj.com/ Public Transportation from Union Station in Denver is available via Bustang or Amtrak to Granby https://ridebustang.com/ OR https://www.amtrak.com/home.html Granby is 20 minutes from Grand Lake and we could then find someone to pick you up. Grand Lake has NO Uber, Lyft, or taxi. Please plan accordingly.

Flight

Denver International AIrport (DIA)

DIA is the most convenient airport to fly to, with about 2.5 hours drive time to Grand Lake. Traffic to and from Denver can get congested on weekends. Please keep this in mind especially if you head back to Denver for your flight.
