Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Garden Attire: Sundresses, Jean Jackets, Sandals, Dark Jeans/Khakis or whatever makes you happy! Be warned there is gravel all around the winery, plan your shoes accordingly. We recommend wearing wedges or flats!

Drop-In to the Grandfather Mountain Winery for pizza, wine, and music! There will be a bus running from both the Best Western and Echota on a continuous loop from 6:45-10:30pm. Everyone at the Best Western will meet out front of the hotel. Everyone at Echota will meet at one of the bus stops throughout the complex marked with signs and balloons. Please note it is a 10 minute drive to the winery from Echota and a 20 minute to the winery from the Bester Western. There will be plenty of parking if you wish to drive.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

SATURDAY: Arrive at your closest bus stop (either in Echota or out front of the Best Western) no later than 3:45pm. Buses will make their way around Echota and leave when filled. If you are late you will have to drive yourself to The White Crow. Please note there are no reliable ride share services in the high country. The return trip will be at 10:30pm. Buses will be onsite if any early departure is needed. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm if you are driving please arrive no later than 4:30pm.
