12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
If you are staying at the resort meet us for an informal beach day at The Shores beach located within the Grand Traverse Resort. There is a shuttle that will take you from your hotel/condo to the beach. Please wear beach attire and bring plenty of sunscreen! Also, please note that we will not have a designated space rented but will just be gathering at the beach.
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us as we welcome you to Traverse City. Drinks and desserts will be provided. The event is located on the wedding venue property but please use the address provided, as it will be a different entrance. This does require utilizing a dirt road for this entrance. There will be staff to help guide you once you arrive.
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be transportation leaving from the Grand Traverse Resort at 4 pm and making a stop at the Sleep Inn at 4:10 with plans to be at the venue around 4:30. The bus will then depart the venue at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 and a final trip at 11 pm to shuttle people from the venue back to both hotels.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Both the ceremony and reception will be at held at the same venue which is entirely outdoors so please plan accordingly. There will be round trip transportation provided to and from the Grand Traverse Resort and the wedding venue. We ask that you please join us for an adults only event. A taco food truck will be catering and our caterer asks that you please indicate your meat/non-meat preferences. We can't wait to celebrate with you. If you are unable to attend, you will be missed. Please wear weather permitting, comfortable clothes and shoes. The footing is hilly/grassy and instead of thin heels, we suggest flats, wedges or a thick heel.
