Welcome Event

6:00 pm

Come hang out with us the night before the big day! This will be a casual sort of "open house" event for people to meet up, have some drinks/food, and maybe hear some traditional Irish music. Transportation: we will have bus from Kilfenora to Doolin for this event as there is a large crowd staying in Kilfenora. The shuttle will pick up from Vaughan's Pub at 5:30pm and leave from McDermott's in Doolin around 9:45pm to head back to Kilfenora.

The Main Event

Cocktail or garden attire - we want you to be comfortable!

We'll start the evening off with some prosecco & canapés on arrival in the main bar. The dinner bell will be rung around 6:30pm & we'll move to the barn for the rest of the night. Dinner service will start around 7pm and we'll hear some toasts/speeches while we eat too. Music & dancing starts around 9:00pm and will go until they kick us out (1:30am!) or until Conor falls asleep. Transportation: we have arranged a shuttle for those not staying in Kilfenora! The shuttle will pick up at Fiddle & Bow Hotel in Doolin at 3:15pm then head to the Burren Court Apartments in Ballyvaughan which would pick up there around 3:40pm and drop both groups off at Vaughan's around 4:10pm. The shuttle will leave Vaughan's at 1:30am and drop off at both spots again on the way back. You can take the shuttle one way or round trip, whatever works with your agenda!

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This event is officially confirmed now! Join us for yet again another hang out/group recovery (and lunch) if you'd like. Food & drink tokens will be provided!
