You can call the hotel directly 815-389-4211 and book or use our personal link to book online. Contract Terms/Hotel Policies: • 30 Day cut-off period. After August 2nd 2022, all unreserved rooms in the block will return to regular hotel inventory. Guests can continue to make reservations if rooms are available at the regular rate for that day. • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. • Cancellation policy: 4 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival • Check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Management will make every effort to accommodate requested adjustments to check-in and/or check-out times. Early check-in requests need to be communicated to management 24 hours prior to arrival at the latest and request for late check-out need to be communicated to management by 8:00 pm the day prior to departure.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Beloit, an IHG Hotel

I have booked another block of rooms at the Holiday Inn. Both hotels in downtown Beloit are fully booked and there are only a few rooms left at The Best Western. There will not be a shuttle available from this hotel-- you will have to drive yourself to and from the venue. It is a 20 minute drive to the venue from the Holiday Inn.

This is in downtown Beloit, just 10 minutes north of the venue. We will have a shuttle set up to take guests to and from the hotel. Call-in: Individual guests associated with The Group will be making their own reservations for rooms in the guest room block by calling the hotel directly at 608.362.5500 (Ironworks Hotel).
