Outdoor Summer Semi-formal: Please be aware that the ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy hill. The reception will be in a building, depending on the weather it may be open air with the doors open or air conditioned with the doors closed.
Ceremony will begin at 4:30 with cocktail hour and dinner to follow. Apple Orchard Chicken— Chicken breast stuffed with apples and currants finished with a savory cider glaze and toasted pecans. Vineyard Filet— Filet of beef tenderloin broiled with a sun dried tomato pistachio pesto and crumbled goat cheese served over a tawny port wine reduction. Smugglers Shrimp— Garlic and Panko breadcrumb encrusted black tiger shrimp topped with a dry sherry cream sauce. Butternut Squash Ravioli--Cheese Ravioli in a Brown Butter Sauce, Diced Butternut Squash, Fresh Sage and Topped with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and Shredded Parmesan
