What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The earliest guests can arrive at the venue is 4 pm. If you are riding the shuttle we will have more details for you. The shuttles will only be picking up guests from The Hotel Goodwin, Ironworks, and The Best Western. The Ceremony will start at 4:30 so if you are driving yourself please arrive with enough time to be seated before 4:30. Thank you!

Outdoor summer semi-formal - ladies we are getting married at the top of a grassy hill, think about your shoes.

Can I bring a date?

We have included plus ones on most invites- if you did not receive a plus one, but need a plus one, please reach out to Autumn 630-461-2475. Anyone with a plus one, please make sure when you RSVP you list their full name.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Best Western Shuttle to The Pavillion begins loading at 3:20pm and departs at 3:30pm. Ironworks and Goodwin Shuttle to The Pavillion begins loading at 3:20pm and departs at 3:40pm. All Shuttles should arrive at The Pavillion at 4:00pm before The Ceremony. There will be three Shuttles driving guests back to the hotels. The First Shuttle departs at 9:05pm, the Second Shuttle departs at 10:00pm, and the Last Shuttle will depart at 11:00pm.
