Mas Tapas

We recently celebrated here! The best staff and mouthwatering food-fun to try a variety of foods. A Spanish-inspired restaurant serving a variety of tapas and small plates.

The Alley Light

I have taken Cody here countless times. My siblings also love this little hole in the wall cocktail bar and boast it has the best manhattan they have ever had! A chic speakeasy-style bar (located off the Mall) and restaurant known for its craft cocktails and French-inspired cuisine. Reservations recommended!

C & O

I last visited here with my good friend Daniel during grad school! A historic restaurant (located on "The Mall") housed in a 19th-century building, offering upscale American fare. Reservations recommended in advance!

Revolutionary Soup

A casual spot (off the downtown pedestrian mall) offering a variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches made with locally sourced ingredients. Reservation not required!

The Virginian

The oldest restaurant in Charlottesville located on "The Corner". Great A classic American diner serving burgers, sandwiches, and comfort food. Amazing pub food by day and dancing on tables by night!

Public Fish & Oyster

We recently brought family here to show off our soon to be wedding town! A seafood restaurant offering a variety of oysters and other seafood dishes.

Boylan Heights

A great bar/pub with an upstairs and downstairs (on the Corner) for watching games. Make sure to get a Wa-Hoo drink while there. Known for its great bar food and extensive beer selection. Reservations not required.

Kardinal Hall

A huge German-inspired beer hall (rarely a wait). Where you can sample a variety of Virginia beers, enjoy hearty dishes, and have a pint while you play board games with friends or watch a game.

Bodo's Bagels

THERE ARE SEVERAL LOCATIONS ALL OVER CVILLE. A local favorite and a must try known for its fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches. You can call ahead to pick up an order!

Mudhouse Coffee

A popular coffee shop (one on the downtown and one near the Grounds) offering a variety of coffee drinks and pastries.

A Milli Coffee

I "studied" here in college. A cozy coffee shop known for its specialty coffee drinks and relaxed atmosphere.

King Family Vineyards

They have polo matches here on Sundays and the best Rose Crozet.
