Shuttles to Wedding

If you have any questions or concerns with transportation on the day of the wedding, please text/call Delaney directly at (240) 577-3320. She will be in contact with the drivers throughout the day. Shuttles will only run one time from each location. If you miss the shuttle, you can drive and leave your car at the venue or Uber. Guests coming from other hotels or AirBnBs are encouraged to uber to hotels or park in hotel lot. Please not drink and drive-we love you. Roads may be busy due to homecoming weekend! 4:00 PM - Shuttle is staged at Homewood Suites for guest pickup -2036 India Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22901 4:15 PM - Shuttle departs from Homewood Suites 4:15 PM - Shuttle is staged at Hilton Garden Inn for guest pickup -1793 Richmond Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22911 4:30 PM - Shuttle departs from Hilton Garden Inn Shuttles will take people to Millers for the after party or back to the hotels in town (a close uber to other hotels or AirBnBs).

Join us for an after-hours celebration at Millers in Charlottesville, kicking off at 11:00 PM after the wedding! Guests can either Uber or hop on the provided buses from the venue. Wine, beer, liquor, and a variety of bar food will be available for purchase. To keep the energy going, enjoy live music from the talented Tristan Thorndyke. We can't wait to keep the party going with you!

If you are on bridal party bus meet at Homewood Suites for guest pickup at 10:40am 2036 India Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22901 Kings Family Vineyard at 11:30 AM (check the food truck options) Address: 8405 Oley Ln, Afton, VA 22920. Veritas Vineyard at 1:20 PM (modest lunch/dinner options) Address: 151 Veritas Lane, Afton, VA 22920 Hazy Mountain Winery and Brewery at 3:00 PM (full menu) Address: 61 Aileen Rd, Bumpass, VA 23024. Please note that transportation and the cost of beer and wine during the tour will be the responsibility of the guests. For additional food options, guests are welcome to pack and bring picnic lunches to KFV. We were able to only get enough buses (busy homecoming weekend) for the bridal party-very sorry for the inconvenience but I am happy to connect people if they want to carpool all three vineyards are very close and we hope you opt to meet us there! Again please be mindful when drinking and driving-we love y'all and want you to be safe ❤️
