Whether you're staying at the hotel or not, you're welcome to swing by the Berkeley Boathouse (the nautical restaurant at the hotel) to say hello on the eve of the wedding. We'd love to see you! Re: dress code, our families might be a little dressed up, but truly anything goes! Especially if you are coming in off of a flight, do not feel obligated to change or get spiffed up.
1:30 pm - 1:45 pm
Guests cannot park individual cars at the ceremony venue. If you're not staying at the hotel, we recommend that you park in the hotel lot and ride the shuttle to the ceremony! It will arrive at the hotel by 1:30 pm and depart by 1:45 pm. It will also transport guests from the ceremony to the reception, and return to the hotel at the end of the evening. Parking at the hotel for the day is $20 at the front desk. You're also welcome to get a ride share (Uber/Lyft/etc) to the ceremony venue, just don't drive yourself! :)
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, but so are floral dresses and jacketless ensembles! Just wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! We will be outdoors for the ceremony, and then at a semi-outdoor venue in the evening when it will cool down. A light jacket or sweater might be good to bring along for the later hours of the evening.
We love your kids, but thought you might like a night off! Other than children of immediate family, we respectfully ask that only adults attend. Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to arrive as early as 2:00 pm - the ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm.
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
Once the ceremony concludes, please make your way out of the Mather Redwood Grove. The shuttle will depart from the Main Gardens Entrance at 4:00 pm. If there's extra time, you're welcome to wander the Main Gardens (free admission for guests) before boarding the shuttle!
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, but so are floral dresses and jacketless ensembles! The winery is partially indoors but opens onto a patio where we will be for dinner. The Bay gets cooler at night, so light jackets or wraps are a good idea to bring along for the later hours of the evening.

We'll see how people are feeling, but the bride and groom will probably head somewhere for a cocktail after the reception and would love for you to join! Please keep partying with us if you're up for it. :)
