Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is no parking at the wedding venue. To make things easy, we’ve arranged a shuttle for guests staying at The Austria Haus Hotel. The shuttle will bring you to the ceremony at the Vail Wedding Island and return you to the Vail Transportation Center after the event. The shuttle will make several round trips, with the first departing promptly at 3:30 PM from the Vail Transportation Center (241 S Frontage Rd E, Vail, CO 81657), located just a short 0.1-mile, four-minute walk from the hotel. Please plan to arrive a little early so you don’t miss the shuttle! If you're unable to take the shuttle, Uber and Lyft are available in Vail and can take you directly to the ceremony location (Vail Golf & Nordic – Wedding Island).

Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little one(s) and know how special they are to you. However, we have chosen to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope you can join us for this special day, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by July 25th so we can finalize the details with our venue. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you won’t be able to attend—though we’ll miss you dearly!
