Ceremony

Please note there is NO parking on site. Shuttles will pick you up from the Vail Transportation Center from 3:30 - 4:00pm and take you to the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive a little before hand, so you don't miss the shuttle! The Transportation Center has plenty of parking. After the event, shuttles will take you back to the Vail Transportation Center. Feel free to Uber to Vail Golf Club if easier.
Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
1775 Sunburst Dr, Vail, CO 81657
Cocktail hour will be held at the Clubhouse. Shuttles will transport all guests from the Wedding Island back to the Clubhouse.
Dinner & Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is cocktail attire, please be aware we will be outside for the ceremony walking on a dirt path.
Return shuttles will be available from the Clubhouse to the Vail Transportation Center— starting from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. If it’s more convenient, you are welcome to take an Uber or Lyft back to your hotel or Airbnb.
