We found a secret aquarium and dolphin exhibit at our hotel in Las Vegas. As you can tell from our faces, this was a pure joy!

Colter and Samantha, who are in our wedding party, traveled out to the Black Hills with us, where we had tons of great adventures.

Our dear friends Samantha and Colter, who are in our wedding party, took us out to our first swing dance! We had a blast and still enjoy any excuse to get dressed up and dance.

There is nothing we love more than taking long hikes out at Good Earth State Park.

Last summer we visited the "Hippie Hole" in the Black Hills. It was a long hike and the water was freezing, but it sure was beautiful and a memory we will treasure forever.

A couple who protests together stays together. This is Jeff and Cheyenne at their first protest march - the 2016 Women's March in Sioux Falls. There would be many more marches to come!

We visited Reptile Gardens where we made a new friend who loved neck rubs.

Cheyenne and Jeff took this picture while on a day trip to Omaha right before student teaching. We were so excited to start that new chapter of our life!

We stopped in the breathtaking Badlands on our way to the Hills. This picture was taken right before we both got sunburned - but it was completely worth it.

Cheyenne and Jeff aren't normally fans of the cold, but they do enjoy one part - snow shoeing. They love to trek around Good Earth in their snow shoes on a beautiful winter day.
