Staying at Islandwood

While you don't have to stay on site at Islandwood - we definitely recommend it! Check in starts at 5pm Friday and checkout is 11am Sunday. Lodging covers all meals throughout the weekend! Islandwood has four lodges with rooms that sleep 1-6 people - yes most even have bunk beds! Each room has its own bathroom with towels. When you book your room you will be able to specify who you would like to room with, from individuals to couples to groups up to 6. FYI: The cost of the rooms decreases with more people! Getting to Islandwood

Step 1 - Get to the Seattle Ferry Terminal 801 Alaskan Wy, Seattle, WA 98104 From SeaTac Airport: Take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi straight to the ferry or Take the Link Light Rail to Pioneer Square Station then walk .4 miles to the ferry Step 2 - Enjoy your ferry ride! You'll get stunning views of Seattle and the surrounding area and may even see some wildlife! Please click the "View" link below to find the ferry schedule. Step 3 - Get to Islandwood There will be a shuttle right outside of the ferry exit waiting to drive you 10 mins down the road to Islandwood. Keep an eye out for the signs that say "DeToni-Hill/Cherry Wedding" Shuttles will start at 3:45pm and end around 7pm (whenever the 6:30pm ferry from Seattle arrives) *If you want to rent a car (you don't have to) you can drive straight from the airport onto the ferry! Once the ferry docks, you can drive straight to Islandwood.

What if I'm not staying at Islandwood (or only staying for one night)?

Please let us know if you will not be staying at Islandwood or if you will only be staying one night! It's not a problem but we'll need to adjust our head counts for each meal and activity. If you will not be staying at Islandwood at all, we will still need you to register some info at the link below!

Shuttle

Friday Ferry Shuttle

August 29, 2025 3:45 pm - 7:00 pm

A shuttle will run from the ferry terminal to Islandwood on Friday afternoon starting at 3:45pm. This will serve the following ferry times: 3:00pm, 3:50pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm. If you arrive on the island earlier than 3:45 we'd recommend exploring the town! It's a short walk from the ferry terminal and there are some adorable shops, restaurants, breweries, and wineries. You'll just need to head back to the ferry terminal for shuttle pickup. If you arrive later than the 6:30pm ferry you will need to either use rideshare or a taxi to get to Islandwood. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll be later than the 6:30pm ferry so we can have a boxed dinner waiting for you!

Sunday Morning Shuttle

August 31, 2025 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

A shuttle will be available to take you back to the ferry terminal on Sunday from 8am - 12pm. This will serve the following ferries: 8:45am, 9:45am, 10:25am, 11:35am, 12:20pm Ferries can often run late, especially the later it gets in the day so please plan ahead if you need to make a flight! Islandwood checkout is 11am.
