More hiking! Also visit the village for fine dining options. My personal recommendation would be to head up to the fire tower.
In my opinion this is the world's best pizza. I know Ethan and my parents disagree (they still think it's good), but maybe just check it out for yourself. They have take out (but not dine in) and a variety of delicious local beers.
If you have time to really venture around Vermont, Ben and Jerry's is a must! Get a cone, take a tour, and visit the flavor graveyard.
