Omni Houston Hotel
We will be staying at the Omni and it's only about 3 miles (~8 minutes) from the venue. They offer several amenities such as an onsite cafe, pool, bar, and a full service spa. We have 20 rooms blocked currently at $179 per night. They will honor the discounted rate for 3 days pre and 3 days post 10/25 for those that may want to extend their stay. To book, click VIEW below. Shuttle
Shuttle from the Omni Hotel to Venue
October 25, 2025 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
A shuttle will be running from Omni Hotel to Brenner's on the Bayou before and after the celebrations. Shuttle will leave Omni starting at 4pm-4:45pm. It will return guests to the hotel at 9:00-9:30pm.

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa
This is another great hotel option only 3.3 miles away from the venue (~10 minutes). A little pricier than the Omni Hotel, but includes additional amenities.

The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston
The Post Oak Hotel is one of the fanciest in Houston for those looking for something luxurious. It's only 3.7 miles (~11 minutes) from the venue.
Flight
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)
There are 2 airports nearby (IAH and HOU). Both are about 30-60 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic. It can be hard to find a direct flight to HOU. For those that don't want a connection, flying into IAH is your best option.

There are 2 airports nearby (IAH and HOU). Both are about 30-60 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic. It can be hard to find a direct flight to HOU, but may be a better option for those looking to fly out of Greensboro (GSO).
Rental Car
Uber
For those flying in and not renting a car, we recommend using Uber. You can book an Uber ahead of time (pre-scheduled) or just order one once you've landed. We've never had to wait long for an Uber at the airport.

For those renting a car, we prefer Hertz. Hertz has rentals available at both Bush (IAH) and Hobby (HOU) airports for convenience, but definitely book ahead as they can occasionally sell out.
