When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2023. We need a head count of guests for our vendors. If you have any questions, please look through the FAQ page or reach out to Catherine, Thuy Dang or Tammy Myers.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

YES! Please see the "TRAVEL" TAB above for details. You can change your dates for the hotel reservation. You do not need to add kids to your room if applicable. Changing number of guests could alter the hotel room price/night. Keep guest counts at 1-2 adults.

Can I bring a date or plus 1?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest/Family,” then yes, if not, we would prefer it was just you. Only guests on the RSVP list are invited. There is a capacity limit at the venue. Please respect our decision.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. However, no. Only kids who have been included on the RSVP list are welcome. There is a capacity limit at the venue. If your child gets fussy during the ceremony at the church, please step out so there are no distractions. We have a videographer filming the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm (Central Time). Please arrive 20-15 minutes prior and be seated. If you arrive late, please wait to enter. No photography or flashed photography allowed. Thank you.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Dusty blue, blush and sage green. The bridesmaids are wearing dusty blue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Unlimited parking at the church for the ceremony. ** Limited parking spaces at the reception. Please follow signs to "Tuscany Hill" when you enter through the venue gate. Park in designated area.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we have a wedding registry! Please see "REGISTRY" tab above. There is also an option to give monetary gift towards the honeymoon fund and/or future home! There will be a box available at the reception if you do not prefer to give gifts online. Thank you and we are excited to celebrate with you!

Is there assigned seating at the reception?

Answer

There is no seating chart. Please come and choose where you would like to sit. There will be tables reserved in advance for the wedding party and immediate family. Please do NOT sit at reserved tables or move the signs.
