Flight
Guests who will be flying in should consider the following airports: Dane County Regional/MSN: This is the closest and most convenient airport. The Madison airport is located ten minutes from downtown Madison and thirty minutes from the venue. General Mitchell/MKE: The Milwaukee airport offers a good mix of value and convenience. It is located about an hour and a half from downtown Madison and the venue. Chicago/ORD: O'Hare airport in Chicago is the further option. It is located about two hours from downtown Madison and the venue. It is by far the largest nearby airport, so flights are ample and typically reasonably priced.
Hotel
This hotel is in the heart of downtown Madison and a ~20 minute walk (on a lovely path) to our Welcome Party on Friday night. A shuttle will be provided to/from the venue on Saturday. Hotel
The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a bit further from downtown and the venue, but it is a good option for people flying in to Madison as the hotel is close to the airport. Use the link to book in our room block. Rooms in our block must be booked by August 21, 2018.
House Or Rental

Shuttle
October 6, 2018 3:00 pm - 11:15 pm
The shuttle will leave from the Monona Terrace Hotel at 9 East Wilson Street in downtown Madison at 3:00 PM on Saturday. Look for a Badger Bus school bus. Busses will leave the venue to return to the hotel at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM. The shuttle is available for all guests, and you do not need to be staying at the hotel.
