Even with Chandler and her family now living in Cincinnati, the distance has never mattered. They always pick up exactly where they left off—whether through FaceTime calls or visits filled with laughter and late-night catch-ups. Now, as moms—Carli to Avery and Chandler to Maeve and Carson—the two share yet another chapter of life together. Through every season, Chandler has been a constant source of care, joy, and strength. They’ve been through seasons of life side by side—cheering at boat races, working shifts behind the bar together, and always finding a reason to celebrate. Through it all, Jess has been one of the constants in Carli’s life—loyal, fun, and the kind of friend who feels more like family. On this wedding day, there’s no one Carli would rather have standing by her side than Jess, who has already stood with her through so much.

Those differences only made their bond richer. Together, they’ve shared laughter, memories, and a relationship full of fun and balance. Carli met Lindsay through Joe and Andy (Joe’s best man), and from the very start of Carli and Joe’s relationship, the two women grew close. Their friendship has only deepened as they’ve shared in life’s biggest moments—watching Andy and Lindsay’s daughter Willa grow, and then welcoming Avery into the world. Lindsay is the friend who is always the first to show up if anyone needs anything—the most thoughtful, loving soul, and the ultimate planner of all planners. At the same time, she’s also the perfect partner-in-crime, especially after one too many glasses of prosecco, when lots of laughs and a little mischief are sure to follow. Carli is endlessly grateful for Lindsay’s generosity, humor, and heart, and she can’t wait to celebrate with her by her side on this special day.

Lexi is one of Carli’s best friends, Alfie’s beloved “auntie” and godmother—and, as Carli and Joe often joke, his step-mom, filling in to watch him whenever Carli was traveling for work and Joe was out fishing. Their friendship began with Carli bartending and serving Lex her favorite ciders, and quickly grew into nights out for dinners, drinks, and endless laughter. Through every season, Lex has been a tried-and-true friend—steady, fun, and full of love. Now, as the best auntie to Avery Louise, she continues to be a constant in Carli and Joe’s life. Carli couldn’t imagine this day without Lexi by her side, just as she’s been there since the very beginning.

Kate-Lyn has been a constant in Carli and Joe’s lives long before their relationship ever began. As Carli’s first close friend to become a mom, she has been a steady guide through the ups and downs of motherhood—always there to answer questions, share wisdom, and offer support. Their bond deepened during Covid, when the two teamed up to sell Carli’s dad’s scallops—side by side, hustling seafood and making memories. Many evenings ended at the Knights’ home, with Capt. Eric cooking up incredible dinners while Carli soaked in the joy of watching Miss Ivy Jean, Jack, and Pearl grow. From fishing events to family dinners, Kate-Lyn and Eric have become more than friends—they’re chosen family. Carli is so thankful for all the years of laughter, seafood sales, and shared moments, and she couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without Kate-Lyn by her side

From dragging their guys to chick flicks at the movies, to countless shopping adventures, lunches, and dinners, Meg and Carli have shared so many laughs and memories. They also share some very unique loves—Jersey Shore (deeper than anyone could imagine), reality TV, and Costco hot dogs. Beyond the fun, Meg is the kind of friend who would stay up all night baking you a birthday cake just to make you feel celebrated. She is one of the most thoughtful, caring souls, and Carli treasures her endlessly. While Carli may be the more physically affectionate one in their friendship, always quick with a hug or an “I love you,” Meg embraces it with grace—and that balance is exactly what makes their bond so special. Carli couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Katie is one of Carli’s closest gals. Though they grew up in the same friend group, their true friendship didn’t spark until their 20s—on the roof of Cody’s lobster boat, sharing drinks and long talks about life. From there, the laughs have been nonstop. Carli was Katie and Kelzer’s short-lived “fake roommate,” but it was long enough to build countless memories and cement their bond. She also had the joy of standing by Katie’s side in the Bahamas as she and Kelzer tied the knot—a moment Carli will always treasure. From boat decks to weddings on the beach, Katie has been part of so many of Carli’s happiest memories. Their friendship is full of laughter, fun, and lots of Alfie & Takaro snuggles. Carli can’t wait to have Katie by her side for this next chapter.

Andy has been Joe’s best friend since seventh grade — back when “causing trouble” wasn’t just a saying, it was a shared hobby. From middle school mischief to the real responsibilities of adulthood, they’ve grown up side by side through every season of life. What started as two boys stirring things up has turned into something even more meaningful. Along the way came Lindsay and then Carli, and soon after, Willa and Avery — and now sweet baby Jack — turning friendship into family. Between backyard dinners, boat talk & 4th of July's, babies in high chairs, and dogs underfoot (Leon and Alfie never far behind), our lives have become intertwined.

Having Avery as their flower girl makes the day even more meaningful, a reminder that their wedding is not just about beginning a marriage, but also celebrating the little family they’ve already built together. Joe and Carli are beyond grateful to share their big day with their girl, who has filled their world with more love and joy than they ever imagined.

Having Allie as a flower girl makes this day even more special, as it celebrates not just a wedding but the joy of family.

Ashton is the son of Joe’s cousin Brandon and his wife Dana. Though they live down in Florida, Joe and Carli stay close with them through FaceTimes and texts, keeping the family connection strong no matter the miles. Before babies entered the picture, Carli and Joe shared plenty of fun nights with Brandon and Dana—often involving martinis and laughter that lasted well into the night. Now, with little ones in the mix, the memories are even sweeter, and having Ashton be part of the celebration makes the day all the more special.
