Carli’s favorite childhood beach on the island. Her and her brother grew up on the rocks in the tide pools off from Fowlers. The Stewart family cottages are off from this beach.

South Beach

South Beach

A fan-favorite beach of Long Island visitors. A great beach for evening fires or a chill beach day.

Rocky Bottom Fisheries

Rocky Bottom Fisheries

60 Portland Pier, Portland, ME 04101

Rocky Bottom, owned by our lovely friends the Knights can do sunset cruises, lobster fishing tours, and booze cruises around the harbor and Casco Bay. The cruises are a fun thing to do off from Portland and just kick back and enjoy some time on a boat

Hardshell Cafe

Hardshell Cafe

3 Garfield Street, Long Island, ME 04050

Jeanie and Ed, our lovely hosts of the rehearsal and reception of our wedding have an amazing space where they offer locally cooked to-go meals as well as weekly lobster bakes. Though we have the Cafe booked for the weekend we encourage our guests to check them out before or after the wedding!

Byers & Sons Long Island Bakehouse

262 Island Avenue, Long Island, ME 04050

The Bakehouse is an awesome stop for sandwiches, pizza, baked goods, wine and beer. They have seating inside, a small cafe bar as well as an outdoor porch that looks out over the front side of the island. Swing in for a bite or a sandwich for the beach!
