MichaelFest will kick off Thursday afternoon, with daily activities all culminating on Saturday for the wedding and reception! Our wedding invites and the pages on this website have the full schedule as well as information on accommodations. There are limited remaining accommodations onsite available so reach out to Caren (630-485-0904) or Anthony (630-618-9942) if interested. We can't wait! Check-in at the ranch is at 3pm. This is when you will be able to get your room assignments (if staying on property). Please see the below events for a day-by-day schedule of what's happening!
Camp Style Family Dinner and Karaoke Night

We're having a camp-style family dinner for those who have arrived on Thursday night. Join us for a casual grill-out on night zero! Please RSVP if you are planning on attending so we can plan for food. We will also be doing Karaoke for those who are so inclined...start thinking of your go-to song now!

Please head over to the Main Lodge where there will be self-service continental breakfast and snacks available all day long. We kindly ask that everyone cleans up after themselves to ensure the space is clean for other guests and our catering staff.

Join us on Friday for a relaxing day on the pond! The pond is right in the middle of the Arapaho Valley Ranch property, so no need to travel anywhere. We’ll have games set up in the field and Anthony will be doing a DJ set! We will also be providing lunch for those joining in.

Festival Boho Chic - wear what you're comfortable in! Extra flair always encouraged :) think more along the lines of elevated show/festival attire / pants and a cute top rather than anything fancy. BRING JACKETS.
Kick off the weekend at the MichaelFest Official Welcome Party! We'll have live music from Denver local band Sqwerv, dinner, dancing, and drinks. Bring layers! It WILL be cold at night.

Join us for brunch prior to the ceremony! There will be a full brunch spread, and Colorado's smallest bar will be open inside the lodge serving Mimosas and Bloody's.

We're so very excited to celebrate our special day with you! The Ceremony will start precisely on-time. Please do not be late. A cocktail hour, dinner, and lots of dancing will follow. For inspiration please take a look at our Pinterest board: https://pin.it/1aWLTSGRJ We highly recommend sensible shoes (ground is natural), and WARM layers. This means an actual jacket. For those staying offsite, there will be transportation provided to central locations in Grand Lake and Granby.
