Welcome to M & C's Celebration
6:00 - 6:30 PM
Guests are invited to arrive no later than 6:20 PM. Cocktail hour begins with drinks, mingling, signing the playing card “guestbook”, taking photos, picking up party favors, and claiming seats prior to the start of the evening’s events at 6:30 PM.
PhotoBooth
6:00 - 9:00 PM
In classic Marcus and Courtney fashion, a photobooth with unlimited prints will be available throughout the evening. Guests are encouraged to take photos before, during, and after dinner to have a keepsake from the celebration.
M & C Ceremony Film
6:30 - 6:45 PM
A short film of Marcus and Courtney’s civil ceremony and vows will be shown for guests to enjoy.
Grand Entrance
6:45 PM
Marcus and Courtney will make their first entrance as newlyweds, welcoming everyone to the celebration.
Dinner
6:50 - 8:15 PM
Dinner will be served buffet style, featuring a mobile pizza oven with four types of pizza and a selection of sides. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their meal and continue mingling.
Toasts & Speeches
7:15 PM
A toast to both the newlyweds and guests will be made while everyone enjoys their dinner.
Cake Cutting & Dessert
8:15 - 8:25 PM
Guests are invited to enjoy dessert, additional drinks, and take photos on the covered patios while the main room is prepared for the reception.
Reception Begins
8:25 PM
Guests may continue to enjoy drinks, take photos, and move to the main room for the start of dancing.
First Dance
8:30 PM
Marcus and Courtney will have their first dance as newlyweds, followed by the opening of the dance floor for all guests.
Grand Exit
10:45 PM
Guests are invited to gather for the final farewell and send-off, celebrating Marcus and Courtney’s departure from the venue.
