Barton Springs Pool
This is Courtney's favorite place to go when she's home in Austin. The natural spring pool stays 68-70 degrees year round, and is perfect for escaping the Texas heat.
South Congress
Home Slice Pizza, old-school candy shops, and all the shopping you could dream of! Marcus and Courtney love playing tourist in their own city on this strip.
Austin Bat Tours
Take a bat boat tour on Town Lake or just walk to South Congress Bridge to see 1.5 million bats (the largest urban bat colony in the WORLD) fly out from under the bridge. Additionally, you're almost always guaranteed a beautiful Texas sunset.
P. Terry's Burger Stand
Courtney and Marcus spent over two hours here on their first Austin date. It's a must have every time they go back home.
Round Rock Donuts
Marcus's birthday cake in elementary school was the Texas Sized Donut. You simply cannot go wrong here.
Mount Bonnell
Austin's most famous hike! Great for all ages, and has an amazing view of the lake.
