Travel Note

Driving

If driving to the wedding, you can use the Farm's address for GPS directions: 14121 Oyster Rocks Road. Milton, Delaware. Please see our notes below though, as GPS can sometimes lead you past the farm's entrance: - Turn off of Route 1 onto Oyster Rocks Road. - Continue down Oyster Rocks Road past a number of developments for a little less than a mile. - The road will turn the the right and you will see a white farm house on the left hand side. - Across from the white house, on your right will be the entrance to Cedarcroft! - Follow the paved tracks for a 1/2 mile to reach the Farm. - Parking will be available on the grass service road to the left at the end of the tracks. We will have someone stationed there to assist you with parking. - Most guests will have about a 5 minute walk from the parking area to where the ceremony and reception will take place. - We will have a section for parking closer to the ceremony/reception location for those who might need easier access. - At the end of the night, all cars will exit using the service road, not the tracks. - Don't worry there will be plenty of signage to help you along the way!

A shuttle from the hotels with room blocks will be available for anyone not wishing to drive. If you are not staying at one of the hotels you are still welcome to make use of the shuttle, you will just have to organize a way to get to the hotel. Please make us aware of your shuttle plans when you RSVP. Please be aware that Uber/Lyft can be a bit unreliable in the area, and may have a hard time finding the Cedarcroft, especially at the end of the night. PICK UP TIMES/LOCATIONS: - 2:45pm arrive to Hampton Inn and begin boarding guests. 2:50pm departure. - 3:00pm arrive to Anchorage Motel and begin boarding guests. 3:05pm departure. - 3:10pm arrive to Hyatt House Lewes and begin boarding guests. 3:15pm departure. - 3:30pm drop off at Cedarcroft! DROP OFF TIMES/LOCATIONS: - 10:00 pm arrive at Cedarcroft and begin boarding passengers. 10:15 pm departure. - 10:40 pm drop-off to the Hyatt House - 10:45 pm drop-off to the Hampton Inn - 10:55 pm drop-off to the Anchorage Motel. *All times are approximate*

Anchorage Motel

Room Block available under "FOX" for Friday 10/11 and Saturday 10/12. Thursday and Friday rooms are also available. Guests should make reservations by phone and ask for the Fox block. A simple family run motel but recently updated. Very affordable! 15 minute drive to Cedarcroft Farm We will be providing a shuttle service to/from Cedarcroft from this hotel for guests who do not wish to drive.

Residence Inn Rehoboth Beach

This hotel does not offer a room block, but has a variety of nice suites with kitchenettes. This could be a great option for families with young children. -We recommend looking on Expedia/Priceline/Kayak for the best prices. - 15 minute drive to Cedarcroft Farm Please note the shuttle will NOT be making a stop at this hotel. Guests are welcome to drive to one of the other hotels to make use of the shuttle.

Lewes - VRBO

As a beach town, there are many properties available for rent through Vrbo in the Lewes area. Some are managed by individuals while others are listed by management companies. Look carefully at information about towels / bed linens as well as cancelation polices. In general, the homes listed by management companies do not include linens (they can be rented) and have "No Refund" polices. Guests are welcome to drive to one of the other hotels to make use of the shuttle.

Lewes - airBnB

While there are less options available in Lewes through Airbnb, they all seem to include linens and most have flexible cancelation policies. Guests are welcome to drive to one of the other hotels to make use of the shuttle.

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport

Guests needing to arrive by air can fly into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Milton, Delaware is about a 2 hour drive from Philadelphia. If you are unable to rent a car and need assistance with traveling from the airport, please reach out to us and we will see if we can connect you with another guest.

Flight

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

BWI located in Baltimore, Maryland is another airport guests may choose to fly into. It is about a 2 hour drive from Cedarcroft. If flying into BWI, a rental car will definitely be needed as fewer will be traveling from this area.
