Question

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 12, 2024. All RSVPs can be made through our wedding website. See the RSVP tab for details.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at 3 local hotels, see the "Travel" tab of our website for booking details. Being a beach town, there are a number of additional hotels and airbnb/vrbo options in the area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Finding Cedarcroft your first time and parking might take slightly longer than expected so we recommend arriving a half hour before the Ceremony begins. You are welcome to wonder the grounds and enjoy some welcome drinks prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Parking is available at Cedarcroft. Once you reach the end of the entrance tracks you will turn left and park along the grass service road. Assistance will be available should you need it, and lighting will be provided to assist you in getting back to your car later in the evening. When leaving, you can drive out via the grass service road to make your way back onto Oyster Rocks Road.

Can I use Uber/Lyft to travel to the wedding?

Answer

While Uber and Lyft do exist in Delaware, they are not very prevalent and will likely have a hard time finding Cedarcroft - especially at the end of the night. We recommend making a travel plan that does not user either service. To save you the headache, we are providing a shuttle that will pick up and drop off at all of the hotels in our room block.

Question

I am not staying at one of the hotels in the room block, can I still use the shuttle?

Answer

Yes! You are welcome to use the shuttle even if you are not staying at one of the hotels. You will just have to figure out your way to one of the pick up/drop off locations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a children in our families. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
