Welcome Party Lunch by the Lake

After you are all settled into your cabin, we encourage you to stop by the lake below the pavilion for some lunch and to mingle with friends you may not have seen in a while, friends you saw yesterday, and our family members who you have probably never met! There's no need to dress up, be as casual as you want! If the weather is warm, feel free to bring a swim suit and swim in the lake! I can tell you right now that Zach and Sam will definitely be in the water if it's nice! Please don't let us be the only ones in the water! This event is only for guests who have reserved a cabin from October 2nd, 2020 through October 4th, 2020 at Camp Tioga. The venue provides the food only for guests who are staying overnight. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Wedding Rehearsal at the field

This is only for people directly involved in the wedding. We will be discussing the timeline of events for the next day and going over our expectations and your roles in more depth. Then, WE EAT! We ask that Zach and Sam's immediate family be present along with the wedding party, and all those who have a role in our wedding. A list of these names will be provided at a later date
Rehearsal Dinner under the Stars

After you've explored the venue and planned out all of the activities you want to participate in, we invite you to our rehearsal dinner. S'mores will follow dinner and we can enjoy our time together under the stars. Rehearsal Dinner is exclusively for guests staying overnight at Camp Tioga on October 2nd, 2020 through October 4th, 2020.

Breakfast before the Wedding

Come on down for breakfast in your PJ's! No one will judge you, I promise! Breakfast will be served at the mess hall from 7AM until 9AM! Breakfast is for guests who reserved a cabin for at least October 2nd, 2020. Unfortunately, if you reserved a room for only October 3rd, 2020 you are not able to get breakfast today.
Lunch Time!

Guests who have reserved a cabin at Camp Tioga during this weekend are welcome to dig in for some lunch prior to the ceremony. PLEASE EAT AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER! We don't want anyone getting dehydrated during the ceremony!

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
We ask that guests please wear comfortable shoes! We suggest keeping your heels at home because you will be walking up and down hills in gravel and possibly grass! So please wear appropriate footwear! There will be a brief moment after Sam walks down the aisle to take photos of her and Zach at the trellis. Otherwise, there should be no phones, or devices out during any other part of the ceremony. We are paying for a photographer to take pictures of us, and we would appreciate if your phones were not visible in the shots. Please respect our wishes.
Cocktails in the Canteen
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
After the ceremony, please head up to the Canteen for our Cocktail hour. In this time the Newlyweds, their family, and wedding party will be taking photos around the venue. They love you, but if you see them during this time, please do not linger! They will meet up with you at the reception. Enjoy drinks and Hors d'oeuvres in this time and if you want to get shoes that are even more comfortable than the ones you wore for the ceremony, please do! Comfort is EVERYTHING! Make sure you save some room for dinner though, it's going to be delicious!
Reception: Dancing, and Food, and Drinks- OH MY!

We hope you saved room for dinner! Please enjoy some All American BBQ, grab a drink from one of the canoes nearby, your opinions are: soda (coke, sprite, diet coke, root beer), wine coolers, water, wine, or beer. Please only take one at a time, as we have a limited supply! When it starts to get dark and your eyes get heavy, WAIT! We have a surprise for you all, weather permitting! Keep your eyes by the lake...

Brunch with the Bride and Groom

After a long night of celebrating, we would love to send you off with brunch. Zach and Sam will be in the Mess Hall from 10:30AM until 12:30PM to say thank you and goodbye to everyone who attended.
