Since we live so far away from so many important people in our lives finding a venue that allowed people to stay together was a top priority for us. We would love for you to stay at camp with us to live out our summer camp wedding dreams. Shared bunk rooms are available on site for a fee and we will have plenty of space. Please see the lodging tab for more details on accommodations and fees.
Flight
Portland International Airport
PDX will be the closest airport and is about 1 hour away from camp.
House Or Rental
Hotel/Airbnb
Because we have space for all of our guests on site, we will not be coordinating a hotel block or day of transportation. For any guests who do not wish to stay on site at Camp Namanu we would recommend looking at hotels or Airbnb's in Sandy, OR as this will be the closest town (15 minutes away) however options are limited. Portland is about 1 hour away and has plenty of hotels/Airbnbs to choose from. Government Camp on Mt. Hood is about 45 minutes away. Please keep in mind that the road to Camp is a winding dirt road and has no streetlights so please use caution if you choose to drive and please have a designated driver.
Rental Car
Portland International Airport
For anyone not staying at camp or that will not be staying at camp the full weekend, a car will be needed. Camp Namanu is in a remote area (1 hour outside of Portland) and Lyft/Ubers/Taxis will likely be unavailable. We would also recommend a rental car for anyone hoping to hike/explore outside of camp during the day or that will be extending their trip and hoping to explore more outside of Portland. Shuttle
Full weekend transportation

Group transportation will be available for guests staying at camp the full weekend. On Friday the bus will leave from Irving Park in Portland (707 NE Fremont St) at 2:30PM arriving at the camp by 4pm for check in. On Sunday morning transportation will leave camp at 10:30am arriving back at Irving Park around 11:30am.
