Portland Welcome Event

For anyone that arrives earlier than Friday we will be starting celebrations on Thursday at one of our favorite local bars. We encourage you to explore Portland and the local area (for local recommendations check out our Things to Do), but if you have no other plans feel free to come join us any time between 7-10pm! Cash-bar.

Camp Welcome Party

5:00 pm

Casual Attire: Sundresses and sandals, jeans and tees, exercise attire. Whatever you are most comfortable in.

We invite guests to come join us for some games and drinks! We will have volleyball, cornhole, spikeball, etc. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be provided. Dinner will be provided in Raker Lodge around 7pm. Please see FAQs for information on attending if you are not staying at camp and would like to attend.

Ceremony + Cocktail Hour + Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal. No tie required. No jeans. There will be walking on unpaved paths up/down hill between event locations so a thick heel or flats are recommended.

Please be ready and seated for the ceremony by 3:45pm. Cocktail Hour in The Meadow to follow.
