Bear River lodge
Our venue can sleep 26 - 7 bedrooms, 13 beds total. The wedding party will be staying with us in the Gathering Cabin, but if you'd prefer some additional privacy, the Bear River Lodge provides a 25% discount for all wedding guests. They offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom accommodations. If you are planning on staying overnight the evening before the wedding, or the evening after, please RSVP and book your private cabin at your earliest to secure your spot.

Flight
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)
If you are flying in for our wedding, please plan to arrive in Salt Lake City well before noon Friday the 26th. Our wedding location is two hours away from the airport, and we're providing rental car support for wedding guests. Please do not schedule a return flight until after 3PM Sunday if you are in need of transportation. There are no Ubers in the forest, but there is a shuttle available.

The Greyhound picks up at the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub at 7:45 AM Friday and brings you to Evanston WY for 09:30, right on time for ATV's at the resort!

The Mountain States Express can pick you up from the airport or the SLC Intermodal Hub at 1pm and arrive by 2:30pm, in time for cabin check-in and the beginning of the wedding festivities.

Leaving Saturday: Greyhound

Should you need to fly home late Saturday night, the Greyhound can pick you up in Evanston WY at 6:25PM and bring you to the Salt Lake Intermodal Hub by 8pm. You can then board the Green Line which brings you directly to the airport in just 10 minutes! The Greyhound fare is $26.00 and the green line fare is just a few dollars.

A private SUV is arriving at 11:15AM to transport guests to the airport. If you need to be on this shuttle, contact Audrey to ensure there are enough seats. No charge to the guests, but if you'd like to contribute to the driver's tip, that would be helpful!
