Pebble Beach on the Monterey Peninsula is a popular destination year round but some of the best weather is in October so be sure to plan your flight and lodging as soon as possible. The Monterey Peninsula includes "Pebble Beach in Del Monte Forest," "Carmel-by-the-sea," and the city of "Monterey" so you will be close by in any of these seaside towns.

San Francisco (SFO) and San Jose are the closest large international airports. Both have many options for rental cars and are about a 1.5 hour drive to Pebble Beach.
