The venue is called Gorge Retreat in Hood River, Oregon. It is a couple’s private residence/property that they have recently been turning into a wedding venue. You can find more info about it on their website: gorgeretreat.com. Our ceremony and reception will take place there.

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

About an hour East of Portland and 5 minutes West of Hood River. The address is: 5145 Mitchell Point Dr. Hood River, OR 97031 -If you’re coming from Vancouver/Portland on I-84, there isn’t an Eastbound exit to it so you actually will have to take exit 62 for US-30 towards Hood River/Westcliff Drive. -Then, turn left off the exit onto US-30 W, then left again to onto I-84 W ramp to Portland. -In 1.9 miles, take the Service Road exit and follow it as the road bends left to go onto Mitchell Point Drive. -You will follow it about a half mile until you should see a sign to turn left up a narrow gravel road to go to the venue. When you arrive onto the property, keep following the gravel road until you see the grass parking area behind the barn, that will be on your left side. There will be someone there to help guide the parking. The parking area isn’t massive so please try to carpool or use the shuttle if you can.

What’s the shuttle schedule?

We will have a shuttle van that will be picking up from local hotels that guests will be staying at or for guests to park their car at since parking is limited at the venue. Pick up: 3:15pm - Columbia Cliffs, Westcliff Lodge 3:45pm - Best Western 3:55pm - Riverview 4:05pm - Columbia Cliffs, Westcliff Lodge 4:30 pm - Columbia Cliffs, Westcliff Lodge Return: Shuttle will be making trips back to hotels every 30min starting at 8pm Please let the coordinator the server know (both in black dresses) if shuttle services are needed back to the hotels prior to 8pm.
