Friday the 13th was a lucky day for us both in April 2018. We were set up on a blind date through our mutual friend Kirsten (neither one of us too thrilled about it) but it was the best decision we’ve ever made! We immediately bonded over us both being teachers, talking about our dogs, our love of dumb/funny movies, and being big Disney fans. The good times and adventures continued as we did a lot of road trips collecting McMenamins passport stamps, explored the coast, took our dogs camping, and got to know each other’s friends and families. Ryan proposed in October 2019 at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland. It’ll always be a reason for us to go back and visit and take our future kids one of our favorite places. A few months later, came the historic 2020... we had finally picked a venue, a wedding date, and started making plans for our June wedding... and here we are now. We’ve thankfully been able to keep our same gorgeous venue in Hood River and are so excited for this celebration with our friends and family! We are very mindful of safety and health precautions so will be doing the best we all can to make it a safe event. It will all be outdoors, and the majority of people will be vaccinated, but let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
