We appreciate everyone traveling and deciding to celebrate our special day with us. So we can spend as much time as possible with you all, we will be hosting a Welcome Party with some nibbles provided. Parking and Logistics: Parking is available in the garages at the Wharf. We recommend parking in Garage 1. Parking is available at the Wharf in the Garage or on the Street. https://www.easycowharf.com
2:00 pm
We encourage as many guests as possible to board the shuttles from the Hotels as there is room for 150+ Guests. The Shuttle Schedule is as follows: The Shuttle will Arrive at the JW Marriott at 2 PM. It will depart the JW Marriott at 2:10 PM. The Shuttle will Arrive at the Hilton at 2:15 PM and then depart for the Church.
3:00 pm
Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.
Parking is limited at the Church, recommended to uber, carpool, or utilize a shuttle from the Hotel.
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
After the Ceremony, the Shuttles will depart for the Hotels. We encourage as many guests as possible to board the shuttles and visit the bars and restaurants at the JW, Hilton and Eaton Hotel (walking distance from Hilton) as there is room for 150+ Guests. The Shuttles will Depart the JW for the Reception at 5:15 PM. The Shuttles will depart from the Hilton at 5:25PM for the Reception.
