This is 100% optional! For those coming from out of town (or locals with a generous time-off policy), we wanted to have another opportunity to spend time with each other, if your travel arrangements allow for it. Depending on how many people are able to make it, it'll be at either Meadowbrook Local Park or Stratton Local Park (both of which are about a 15 minute drive from the hotel). Very important note: this is a BYOP (Bring Your Own Picnic) event. That means that you can simply bring whatever food you'd like to eat, and just enough for you. No alcohol, please (I'm pretty sure Montgomery County says "No" to that).
