The Main Hotel: The Westin Jersey City Newport

To try and keep everyone together in the same hotel, we encourage folks to book first here. Since there are more rooms, we expect to be able to ask for more rooms if we fill this hotel quickly. That way, we can keep everyone together for shuttle needs on the 1st. We have 20 blocks available for folks staying on December 31st or January 1st. For those traveling in from well out of town and spending more time during the week in the area (mostly family), we also have some rooms available on December 30th and January 2nd as well. 🕰️3:00pm Check-In | 12:00pm Check-Out $229.00 for a King bed $249.00 for a room with two Queen beds Reservations MUST be made prior to December 2026. Train

PATH - Newport

The most direct train to the Newport stops are either from 33rd St in Manhattan, Hoboken, or Journal Square, but there are transfer options from Newark - Penn Station and the World Trade Center. From there, we will have a shuttle bus from hotels nearby close to 4:30 PM. We will update that timing closer to when we know how many hotel blocks are filled at each hotel.

Newark (EWR) Airport

Easily the most convenient airport to Jersey City. Likely has as many options as JFK. Est. travel time to Jersey City: 20 min. (car), 40 min. (public transit).

LaGuardia (LGA) Airport

LaGuardia is our favorite airport (and close by to our apartment), but may be less convenient for a Jersey wedding and have less options. Est. travel time to Jersey City: 40 min. (car), 1.5 hrs (public transit).

John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport

There are a lot of flight options, but will require crossing a few bridges. Est. travel time to Jersey City: 50 min. (car), 1.5 hrs (public transit).
