If you're in town, come stop by the Duchin Lounge in the Sun Valley Resort. Grab a cocktail and enjoy the resort's lounge and outside patio all while saying hello. Outside patio will be heated, but layers are always encouraged to stay warm!

Shuttles

Please see bus pickup and drop off times below. As your safety is our #1 priority, please note that driving yourself is not encouraged. Wildlife during this time of year is quite high, and unsafe for guests not familiar with the dark back roads. If you do decide to drive, you are more than welcome to leave your car at the venue and utilize buses to get home. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. These shuttles are for you as guests and are flexible on drop off locations. There will be two buses running, which is why you will see duplicative timing. Pickups: 4:45pm Villager Condos in Sun Valley Resort (only pickup time) 4:45pm Best Western Tyrolean (only pickup time) 4:50pm Hotel Ketchum pickup 1 4:50pm Baldy Loop pickup 1 5:10pm Hotel Ketchum pickup 2 (final pickup) 5:10pm Baldy Loop pickup 2 (final pickup) Drop offs: (Official drop off locations will be all pickup spots) 10:00pm first drop off time 11:00pm second drop off time 12:30am third and final drop off time

Dresses for women and suits with ties for men are preferred.
Be aware that the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside on grass, so a jacket and comfortable shoes for women is suggested. There will be heaters but no one likes being cold!

This is a free and informal event. Beer gardens, yard games, and entertainment available. Come and go as you please!

Due to an unfortunate series of events, we will be moving the Exit dinner from Elkhorn Inn to Whiskey Jacques' in Downtown Ketchum. Perfect location for most guests as you can walk here from Octoberfest, for those who attend. After entering the restaurant, you will take an immediate right, and walk up the stairs to the reserved space. Pizza, salad, and appetizers will be provided along with beer and wine. A cash bar will also be available for those wanting a cocktail! We look forward to continuing the weekend festivities with you!
