FAQs

Below are a few FAQs to help you plan for our event.
Question

How do I RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

Please use the RSVP tab on this website to RSVP for the ceremony and reception by February 14th, 2022.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

To allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we kindly ask for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We love all of your children, but we hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is cocktail. Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There are 12 free public parking lots near the venue in Downtown Plano. We do recommend using public transportation and/or Uber/Lyft if you want to take full advantage of the open bar. For those staying at the Aloft, there is a free shuttle service. You will need to sign up for it as you check-in to the hotel.

Question

What will the guests be doing between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. There will then be a cocktail hour for all guests while the wedding party and family are taking photos. The reception will begin after the cocktail hour.

Question

Is there a new wedding date since you decided to postpone?

Answer

Yes, March 19th 2022 - a change the date was sent to all guests and we would still like you to RSVP online by February 14th 2022. Out of concern for our guests, vendors, and others, we did not want anyone to take the unnecessary (but well-intentioned) risk of attending our wedding in 2021. Luckily, we still made it official, March 27th 2021, in a ceremony with just the two of us. Now, we're ready to PARTY with all of you! We are so thankful for the love & support from everyone to make March 19th, 2022 the celebration we truly envisioned.
