What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We understand you may want to mingle, say hello to the familiar faces and secure a seat for you and your partner/family so we hope that you would arrive no later than 9:30 AM!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As mentioned on the schedule page, we adore our little family members and little friends but our venue does not have room for your children. Please make it a date night, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a limited number of seats available, we kindly ask that each invitation is extended to the person named on the invite only. We hope to see you there!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! We provided all kinds of recommendations for travel such as the local airport, car rental website, hotels and airbnbs. Check out the "travel" tab above to see some options.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As our destination event is taking place on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, we want to let you know that all travel accommodations, including transportation to and from the venue, will be the responsibility of each guest, please plan accordingly. If you have any questions or need recommendations for travel arrangements, check out the "travel" tab on our website or don’t hesitate to reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our wedding venue offers a buffet-style luncheon service with plenty of yummy options including an island chicken salad, choice of entree, stir fry vegetables, white rice or fried rice and lovely fruits! Unfortunately, we cannot make any accommodations for guests but there are a few locations you can find on Uber eats or DoorDash delivery service or check out some on-site dining spaces on the resort/wedding location! Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this process with all of our loved ones! We understand a destination wedding can be costly and so we are minimizing the gatherings as best as we can. If there are any events to calendar, we will be sending out formal invitations to you via phone, email or your mailing address so be sure to fill out your information on the save-the-date link sent to you.
