Ceremony

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women, and for men, suit and tie. Please refrain from jeans or Hawaiian shirts.
While we adore your children, our venue does not have room for your little ones. Please make it a date night. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Join us for the exchange of intimate vows while overlooking the ocean as we begin this new chapter in our lives. The ceremony will take place at the Sunset Cove location on the Royal Kona Resort and is expected to last approximately 30-45 minutes. Once the ceremony has concluded, all guests will be directed to the reception room which is a short walk away!
Reception Party

Again, we adore your children, our venue does not have room for your little ones. Please make it a date night, we can't wait to celebrate with you! Following the ceremony, no transportation is required between events. On the Royal Kona resort, within a short walk, we will all gather again in the Ali'i Surf reception space. Please join us for an afternoon of celebration, dining, and dancing! We’ve planned a delightful, buffet-style luncheon and entertainment to make this a memorable event for all.
Dinner & Toasts
1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
Enjoy a three-course, buffet-style spread which includes a decadent island chicken salad with the fixings, a choice of two entrees, stir-fried vegetables, white or fried rice and a deluxe fruit platter. Eat up as we share stories and toasts in honor of our special day.
Dancing & Celebration
1:45 pm - 4:00 pm
The dance floor will open immediately after dinner! We can’t wait to celebrate with you, so put on your dancing shoes and join us for a day of fun!
Send-Off
4:00 pm
As the evening draws to a close, we’ll have a special send-off with all of our loved ones! We hope you’ll join us in making this final moment of our celebration truly unforgettable.
