Select your preferred room category and continue through the reservation process. 5) After you have confirmed your reservation, please forward a copy of your reservation confirmation to: info@mauiroomblocks.com Please note the room rates do not include taxes, a $17/day resort fee, or a one-time $89 cleaning fee. A deposit of 1 night plus room and tax is required. Any cancellations must be received 3 days before arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Reservation changes may change the rate and/or require additional payment. We highly recommend making your Papakea reservation as early as possible. The Papakea does not block off rooms, but rather provide a discount code to our guests.

The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali

Reservations can be made online or by phone. Please visit https://book.passkey.com/go/hartphan2022, or you may call 808-921-4651 (M-F 7am-5pm HST, Saturday 8am-4pm HST) and mention “Hart & Phan Wedding Room Block." All reservations must be made by 01/21/2022 and require a 2-night deposit to hold the reservation. Should anyone need to cancel, you have up to 30 days before arrival to cancel without penalty. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a 2-night penalty. The Westin Maui also has a mandatory daily resort fee of $30/day plus tax, but it has been discounted to $20/day for guests who book under our room block. Self Parking is $30/day plus tax. Valet is $35/day plus tax. Discounted rates are for single or double occupancy only. There is an extra person charge of $80.00 per person per night. There is no additional charge for children 17 years of age and under sharing the same room as parents and using existing bedding. Max occupancy is 4 persons per room.
