Travel Note

Getting to Our Venue

If you're going to be in the city, we encourage taking an Uber/Lyft or the subway to our wedding! The closest subway stations are the F/G at Carroll Street and the R at Union Street. Each station is less than 10 minutes on foot from 501 Union. Subway Tips: check MTA Trip Planner (linked below) on the day to find the best subway route from where you're staying! We recommend adding about 15 minutes to the travel time it gives you. NYC subways can take a bit longer than expected, especially on weekends. If you choose to drive, please note there is no parking lot at the venue, and nearby street parking is limited. The closest parking garage is on 365 Bond Street and costs $29 to park your car for the night. Once you park, our venue is a 5 minute walk away.

Flight

By Plane

If you're getting here by plane, your best bet is flying into JFK or Laguardia. Newark Airport is just across the river in New Jersey, and a fine backup if you can’t find another flight that works. Each airport has public transit options into the city, plus taxi stands and pickup points for Uber and Lyft. Depending on the time of day and your final destination, a ride into Brooklyn can cost anywhere from $50-$100.

Train

By Train

Amtrak runs several trains a day to NYC, all stopping at Moynihan Train Hall in Midtown Manhattan. From there you can hail a taxi, get an Uber/Lyft, or take the subway to your hotel.
