We've recommended some hotels near our venue in the Travel and Hotels section! If you'd rather find something on your own, we suggest booking in/around Downtown Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan for the closest proximity to our wedding events. If you're looking at AirBnB, please note that you'll be sharing the space with the home's primary resident, because renting a whole apartment or house on AirBnB is illegal in New York City.
Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs are serviced by a robust public transit system. A subway or bus ride costs $2.90. You can buy a transit card in the subway station, but we find it easier to use Apple Pay or a tap to pay credit/debit card. You can also hail a taxi if you see one (rare outside of Manhattan, but it happens!) or call a car with Uber or Lyft. Prices vary for these! For information about getting to our venue, see the Travel and Hotels section.
Our wedding events are adults-only. We appreciate your understanding!
Brooklyn in November is crisp, with an average high of 55 degrees. We'll have a coatroom for jackets. Our ceremony and reception are both indoors, but only the reception areas are heated. Bring a layer for the ceremony if you get cold easily!
Cocktail attire! Think suits (ties optional), nice dresses that are calf length or shorter, or jumpsuits in dressy fabrics. Please avoid formalwear (tuxes, ballgowns, etc.) white, and denim.
You're welcome to bring a plus one if it's noted on your invitation!
Yes! We just ask that you bring cash to tip the bartenders.
Not officially, but that doesn’t mean you have to call it a night! There are a number of fun bars open late near our venue. We especially like Brooklyn Social and Bar Great Harry.
