If you find that Newagen's limited rooms have filled up, or in this case: have almost filled up, incredibly fast already - there is a wedding block of rooms at the nearest hotel, Ocean Gate Inn: https://www.oceangatemaine.com/ And if you are staying at Ocean Gate Inn, daily breakfast is available at Newagen at no extra charge.
Flight
If flying, please be sure to book at the nearest airport: Portland International Jetport in Portland, ME (not to be confused with Portland, OR).
Travel Note
There is a free trolley for if you make it into Boothbay Harbor and want to keep your parking spot. But Boothbay Harbor is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shopping. Although this trolley does not go to and from Southport, it's nice to ride around Boothbay Harbor if your feet get tired.
