Portland International Airport (PDX)

The Portland International Airport (PDX) is the nearest airport to our venue. It will take you about an hour to get from PDX to your lodging. If you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend checking out Portland while you're in the area!

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)

Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is farther away from our venue, it will take you about 3.5 hours to drive to your lodging from there. However, if you've always wanted to see Seattle/Washington you may choose to fly into or out of here and spend a couple days in the area! Feel free to ask Blair/Jaron about things to do, as this is our stomping ground.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nearly every major car rental company is available at both PDX and SEA airports. We have had good experiences with Enterprise, and they run about $35/day depending on what kind of vehicle you get. This company is merely suggestion, and meant to point out that you WILL need to rent a vehicle to get to our venue. I would suggest carpooling to groups coming from the same area and arriving at roughly the same time! (If this is prohibitive to you attending our wedding for any reason, please reach out and we will brainstorm a solution)

Grand Lodges

These lodges are 2-3 bedrooms, and we highly encourage our guests to group up! Stay with your old friends or get some quality family time in. It will make things more fun, and cheaper! This resort has a pool, hot tub, and a sauna. If you're unsure if you know anyone else attending the wedding but would like to group up, please reach out to Blair or Jaron and we would be more than happy to help! You will get a shuttle service to and from the venue if you stay here. The cancellation policy for Grand Lodges is: - No refunds given for cancellations or rescheduling within 30 days of check-in. -If the resort is notified 30 days prior to the arrival date, you have two options: 1. RESCHEDULE/ CHANGE for a fee of $100. The $100 Reschedule Fee will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year. 2. CANCEL your reservation. A $150 Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded in the original form of payment.

The Chalets at Collins Lake Resort

Similar to the Grand Lodge, these Chalets are 2-3 bedroom townhome style rentals. So again, please team up if you are so inclined! The bride and groom are happy to help facilitate placing people together if they don't know anyone else attending, please just reach out and ask. This resort also has a pool! Additionally, if you are staying here you will receive a free shuttle ride to and from the venue. Best Western Mt. Hood Inn

WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK RATE FOR THIS HOTEL. For those of you who prefer to fly solo (no shame!) this Best Western Inn will also have a shuttle service to and from the venue. It does not have a pool, but it does have a hot tub! The cancellation for this spot is much more flexible, you can get a 100% refund if you cancel up to 2 days before your stay begins.

Air BnB

Since Government Camp is the nearest town to Mt.Hood, they're spoiled with really neat (and very reasonably priced) Air BnB's that fill up during ski season. If you want your own space (or to share with friends) that is unique, definitely check it out! Obviously, there will not be a shuttle service available to you, so we just ask that you drive responsibly. Government Camp is a teeny tiny ski town, so if you're planning on drinking (open bar, hello) don't count on uber to take you home. Some Air BnB's may be walkable, but obviously please use caution :) Cancellation policies for Air BnB vary between places. Some are very flexible, and some are less so. Please read carefully while making your reservation.
