Welcome Event

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal Attire: For gentlemen, dark jackets & slacks. For ladies, cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, etc.

There will be light bites and adult beverages. We can't wait to kick off our wedding weekend with you! A shuttle bus will run continuously from the W (across the street from the JW Marriott) to River Roast. The first bus will depart for the Welcome Party at 7:50pm and continue every 20 minutes (approximately) thereafter. The last bus will leave River Roast at 11:00pm.

Ceremony

3:30 pm

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and long gowns are preferred, but not required.

Transportation for all guests (including if you're local to the Chicago area!) will be provided from the W City Center to Christ Church. Please meet the shuttles outside of the W (172 W. Adams) at 2:20pm. If you're unable to meet the shuttle schedule, we recommend Uber or a taxi as an alternative to get to Christ Church. If you're driving/Ubering to the church on your own and using Google Maps, please make sure you manually enter the address: 784 Sheridan, Winnetka (as opposed to searching "Christ Church Winnetka"). Our church has another building in Winnetka so we don't want you to end up in the wrong place! For information on parking at Christ Church, please see the FAQs.

9:30 am - 11:30 am

If your plans allow, please drop by for a casual post-wedding brunch to say goodbye to the newlyweds! The Florentine is inside the JW Marriott, which is right across the street from the W.
