Please submit your RSVP by May 19, 2026.
Passports must be valid for at least six months after travel, so make sure that your passport is all renewed and ready to go! Passports can take months to arrive so please check this as soon as possible.
To make the most of your stay, we recommend arriving on August 17th, giving you time to get settled, attend our (optional) pool party, explore the area, and make it to the rehearsal dinner on the 18th.
One fun part about a smaller, destination wedding - EVERYONE is welcome at the rehearsal dinner!
If your invitation was addressed to you and your children, they are more than welcome to join in on the festivities! We are currently looking into whether we will offer babysitting services during the reception. If this is something you'd be interested in, let us know!
We kindly ask that you don't bring a date if it was not specified on your invitation.
People staying at Villa Clodia include the immediate family of the bride and groom and part of the bridal party. If you are staying here, Sofia or Michael has already reached out to let you know!
If you are staying in Manziana, Villa Clodia is a quick walk or taxi from your accommodation. If you are staying in Bracciano, please reference the question below.
We don't recommend solely relying on Uber or taxis to get around. Since Manziana and Bracciano are small towns, Ubers and taxis are available but can have longer wait times and higher prices. If you are staying in Bracciano, trains are available to transport you to Manziana quickly until 10 pm. Pending on how many people decide to stay at Bracciano hotels, we will set up a shuttle service with the hotels throughout the reception.
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone or camera to take photos during the ceremony. We hired professionals to take photos for us, so just unplug and enjoy the moment :)
Comfortable walking shoes (expect lots of cobblestone streets), breathable fabrics (it's going to be hotttt), plug adapter to charge your phone in the Italian outlets (and a higher voltage one to use your hair tools), euros (helpful to avoid overseas transaction fees), wedding and rehearsal dinner outfits, your bathing suit, and your PASSPORT!!
Yes! Contact your wireless provider for details on their overseas plans. Alternatively, you could install an eSim card using the app Airalo - something that I did while living in Rome because it was cheaper than using my Verizon international plan.
This is where our trusty Maid of Honor comes in! Contact Addie via text or phone call, she is happy to help! (832-302-5420)
